Nicola Peltz and Brooklyn Beckham put the drama of the lawsuit regarding their wedding to one side as they enjoyed a date night on Thursday.
The couple seemed comfortable but couldn’t smile as they exited Beverly Hills restaurant E Baldi after a romantic dinner.
Brooklyn, 23, led the way and headed to valet to pick up her car while Nicola, 28, strutted behind him.
The pair were sartorial for the trip, both opting for a pair of wide-leg jeans.
Nicola paired her with a $280 North Face black-lined jacket and Valentino platform boots, and completed the look with a more than $4,000 vintage denim Louis Vuitton handbag.
Company of two: Nicola Peltz and Brooklyn Beckham put the drama of their wedding litigation aside as they enjoyed a date night on Thursday
Brooklyn opted for a navy blue sweater that read, “Owner of the world’s greatest dog and a baseball cap backwards.
It comes after it was revealed Nicola, the daughter of billionaire investor Nelson Peltz, has gone through three different wedding planners, two of whom fell short of the “scope” of their plans.
There was a last-minute scramble to book musicians and a “day of reckoning” with an event designer brought to tears by the stress of the project.
Those new details surfaced yesterday – along with texts Nicola wrote to one of the planners – in a lawsuit filed by her father, a hard-hitting and hard-headed businessman who is vying for a seat on Disney’s board of directors.
He is suing Nicole Braghin, the tearful party planner, and her partner Arianna Grijalba for refusing to refund him the $159,000 bail he gave them.
Peltz and his wife Claudia reached out to Braghin and Grijalba through their company, Plan Design Events, in March 2022 after they ditched their first planner, celebrity-adored Preston Bailey.
It’s unclear exactly why Bailey wasn’t a good fit for the job.
In his lawsuit, Peltz, 80, says Bailey was involved in planning the massive event that took place on March 9.

Bailey, who planned Ivanka Trump’s wedding to Jared Kushner, did not immediately respond to ‘s inquiries as to why he had resigned.
The Peltz family had big plans for the three-day spectacle for their daughter, who they describe as a “world-famous actress.”
“Nicola is a world-renowned actress who has starred in blockbuster films and television shows including Transformers: Age of Extinction, Bates Motel and The Last Airbender among others.
“The guest list included more than five hundred people, including numerous celebrities, athletes, dignitaries and other influential people who traveled from around the world to attend,” the lawsuit reads.
Upset: Nicola seems frustrated with the wedding planners as her message – in the blue bubbles – reads: ‘Lewis Hamilton has NOT accepted. So please explain why his names are on the list. We spoke with him. He can’t come, so explain why you said he would say yes.
Answer: The planner then replied – in the gray bubbles – saying, “I need time to do this. I’ll take a moment to get to know the app and send you the information | hate looking like a fool but | hate it most not to give you what you need as soon as possible. I will be back soon’
On March 1, 2022 — six weeks before the wedding — the Peltz family had hoped Braghin and Grijalba could pick up where Bailey left off.
But nine days later, after spending a $159,000 deposit, they decided not to go ahead with the couple, who they said couldn’t handle the VIP guest list.
“The bridal couple’s celebrity coupled with the expected attendance of many high-profile guests required the wedding planner to have the expertise and staff to plan, coordinate and execute a wedding event of the anticipated caliber and complexity,” Nelson’s attorneys say in the lawsuit.
Now it’s about the bail that Peltz filed in Miami this week.
In an attempt to get his money back, he has revealed some of the intimate details of the star-studded event.
He included screenshots of a group text between himself, the planners and Nicola.

In some, Nicola told planners she was tired of catching her repeated mistakes.
In an exchange about F1 star Lewis Hamilton, whom the couple invited to the bash, Nicola wrote: “Lewis Hamilton has NOT accepted. So please explain why his names are on the list.
“We spoke with him. He can’t come, so explain why you said he answered yes,” she texted.
The wedding planner tried to explain that she was unfamiliar with the virtual guest list and needed more time to learn the technology.
“I need time for that. I’ll take a moment to get to know the app and send you the information | hate looking like a fool but | hate it most not to give you what you need as soon as possible. I’ll be back soon,’ she said.
“Yes Queen”: In a separate conversation about a week before the Lewis Hamilton chat, Arianna said she was “going for a tequila before her head explodes,” to which Nicola replied, “Yes Queen!!!!”
Nicola shot back: “That’s not true. He did NOT reply AT ALL.’
In his lawsuit, Peltz also alleges that the wedding planners abused alcohol.
“Evidence of alcohol consumption and possible abuse was not uncommon,” his attorneys wrote in their lawsuit.
In a message sent about a week before the RSVP call, Arianna posted on chat that she would “have a tequila before her head explodes,” to which Nicola replied, “Yes Queen!!!!”
“Peltz had given them the opportunity of a lifetime – to have their names associated with the wedding of two world famous celebrities, which would undoubtedly make PDE the star of wedding planning,” the lawsuit says, calling Nicola “world famous.” Actress’
The Peltz family say the two wedding planners exaggerated their skills and promised them they could handle the event – which was the “opportunity of a lifetime”.
“Peltz had offered them the opportunity of a lifetime – to have their names associated with the wedding of two world famous celebrities, which would undoubtedly make PDE a star of wedding planning.”
“The reality, however, was later made clear that PDE saw this as an opportunity to take advantage of Peltz by misrepresenting her experience, expertise and ability to plan the wedding, both on her website and in person,” his attorneys wrote .
On March 4 — what Peltz’s attorneys are calling “Judgment Day” — he called the couple to tell them they’d lost the gig.

“During nine days of negotiations, PDE failed to book a single new wedding vendor, complete the terms of agreements with one of the vendors previously selected by Peltz and his family, and attend previously scheduled meetings with Peltz.”
Father-in-law: Nelson Peltz with son-in-law Brooklyn
“PDE admitted they lacked the skills to work as promised and recommended hiring an additional wedding planner.”
Two days later, they asked Nelson and his wife Claudia not to spread negative gossip about them, writing in an email: “To avoid negative gossip, we would appreciate it if you were asked to comment on our departure that your response reflects the work and good attitude we put into the process and no professional reason for our distancing.
“We will say: We are under non-disclosure agreement and cannot comment on it. That keeps us both in a very good place.
‘We truly wish you and the family a fantastic event…we are sure, as you have even said, that our paths will cross in the future as I really feel we have had a great bond with you and Claudia .’
The family eventually hired Michelle Rago from Michelle Rago Destinations who ran the event smoothly.
But because of the tight timeframe, Peltz said he had to pay Rago a “much higher fee than Rago Destinations would have charged under normal circumstances.”
He says he asked Planned Design Events for his deposit several times over the following weeks, but they refused to return it.
Peltz is also suing the couple for attorneys’ fees.
