Ashley wore her long tresses down and down her shoulders in tousled curls and makeup, including a dewy foundation, pink lip and winged eye.
Carrying a pink box bag in her hands, she cradled her baby bump as she stepped out.
The blonde also accessorised with gold-toned necklaces.
Hosting the event at Fortnum and Mason’s tea room, Ashley said she was warming to the idea of a baby shower.
‘I said yes [to a baby shower] because I’ve realized that it’s okay to celebrate milestones and the biggest thing is that I missed my friends so much in the newborn phase when it’s harder to be on the road,” she said.
“So it’s a celebration with friends. And how special to have everyone together,” she wrote on her Instagram stories.
Ashley has just returned from a relaxing trip with her family from the Maldives, where she also wore the same dress.
She is expecting a baby girl with boyfriend Tommy Andrews and is already a mother to son Alfie, 23 months old.

She captioned some stunning holiday snaps: “I already love her so much, I think a lot about how I want to raise my daughter. I guess you draw a lot from your own experiences and all the things you wish you knew, right?’.
“Whenever I say I’m having a daughter, people always say, ‘Good luck!’ because girls are hard work. But I always wonder if they’re hard work or if it’s just because we make it harder for them in society.”
“Like people talk about locking up daughters and not letting them go out – but that sounds like punishing girls for boys’ behavior. How about we empower them and trust them while teaching our sons to be better and be the kind of men we wish our daughters were around?

“Here are some of the things I want to teach her: She can be ANYTHING she wants to be. If she can dream it, she can do it. Her gender should never hinder her ambitions.
“The least interesting thing about her is the way her body looks. The way it moves, the places it goes and the people it hangs out with are the most important things. I know that I always have to speak positively about myself around her so she doesn’t inherit the insecurities of our generation.
“To love yourself and to be with yourself. Instead of teaching her to be gentle and gentle and not to love herself too much, I want her to know that she is everything. That she never has to settle for anyone or anything,” she added in part of her post.
