The 41-year-old reality star showed off her model figure as she towered over the billionaire West Ham chairman as they left London’s cabaret club.
Ampika pulled out all the stops for David’s birthday, throwing him a surprise party at the glamorous venue, which features fine dining and theatrical performances.
The TV personality looked leggy as she slipped her arm around her fiance and flashed her stunning diamond engagement ring as she exited the club.
Ampika wore a plunging black mini dress with a rara skirt, spiked heels and a love heart pendant necklace.

Ampika wore her brunette hair in soft waves while her glamorous makeup look accentuated her bronzed tan.
David, meanwhile, opted for an all-black outfit and some bright silver studded shoes.
The couple appeared in high spirits as they left the venue in the early hours of the morning and David seemed to still have the sound of the vibrant nightlife in his ears as he put a hand to his face.
It was reported back in December 2021 that David had popped the question on the reality star’s 40th birthday after a decade of friendship.
A source told The Sun at the time: “There’s a big age difference but they’re smitten. They’ve kept silent out of respect for their children and exes, but know they can’t keep it quiet forever.
David previously dated his ex-girlfriend Emma Benton-Hughes, a former porn star, for 25 years and made her his co-chair at West Ham.
The 55-year-old, also known as Eve Vorley, was a girl and starred in a number of adult films in the late ’90s and early 2000s.
She has acted in films such as Lesbian Nurses, Electric Blue: Nude Wives – Private Parts and Naked Neighbors and has directed films such as Horny Housewives on the Job and Sex Mad Secretaries.

Sullivan, along with David Gold and Karren Brady, oversaw a takeover of West Ham back in 2010.
Ampika, who starred in five Real Housewives series before quitting in 2017, was previously engaged to a mystery man in 2018 after a whirlwind romance.
The beauty entrepreneur met the businessman, who she declined to name, through an online dating site and he put the question together after only “a short period of time.”
Ampika was previously married to billionaire businessman Mark Pickston, with whom she shares their son Jake, 15.
