Thousands of people have expressed interest in adopting the baby as video of the child has gone viral on social media.

“I want someone to know how to reach the child. I’m willing to adopt her and take care of her to the last minute of my life,” testified one user.

“I want to adopt this child. I would give him a loving home. She will have two pairs of grandparents and cousins ​​of all ages. My family would be complete,” wrote another.

According to a report, his great-uncle is said to be the one who will adopt him.

The woman, whose first name means “a sign of God” in Arabic, is the sole survivor of her immediate family.

The family home in north-western Syria, in the city of Jenderis, was completely destroyed by the earthquake that hit the country on February 5.

In fact, the baby’s umbilical cord was still connected to her mother, Afraa Abu Hadiya, who was found dead near her husband and four other children during the rescue.

A neighbor found the baby before taking him to the hospital.

Despite the bruises, her condition is stable. according to dr Hani Maarouf, she is currently being monitored in an incubator.
