Drone footage shows Hatay, Turkey, before and after the earthquake
The extent of the devastation caused by the earthquake in Hatay, Turkey, becomes clear when drone footage from 2018 is compared with video of the same locations captured this Monday by Portal news agency (13).
The streets along the Orontes River and in the old town, which used to be filled with shops, shops and apartments, are now littered with damaged buildings and buildings pile of rubble of buildings that have collapsed completely. (See above in the video)

Last Monday’s earthquake is the deadliest in Turkey since 1939 and currently the sixth deadliest natural disaster in terms of loss of life this century.
