Tata Motors, which is a bit late, unveiled a new electric concept on Friday and promised to launch a new electric vehicle by 2025 in 30 minutes.”

This EV is apparently not the concept released by Tata, who calls it Avinya, which Tata says is Sanskrit for ‘innovation’. For now, the car is largely about how it looks, as that will likely be the basis for future Tata electric vehicles.

A clear highlight at the front and rear of the vehicle is the new appearance. This new identity as part of the DRL is a subtle nod to our commitment to improving the quality of life and a crucial step in the evolution of electric vehicles. It is also the manifesto, emphasizing the horizon and endless possibilities that 3rd generation electrification will offer. Sliding to the side, one encounters the ‘butterfly’ doors, which welcome you with open arms into a premium, spacious interior where occupants will feel secure.

And while that’s well and good, see what Tata has planned for the interior. Did you want a screen in your new high-tech EV? Haha, says Tata, fuck you.

In addition, this concept, which envisions a future trend, is designed to believe that less screen time is the way to go. With this in mind, the AVINYA concept was designed screenless to eliminate in-car distractions and create a stress-free environment for mind and soul.

That’s pretty daring, I should say, as not only is Tata going screenless, but it anticipates that the rest of the industry could go in that direction as well, because no screens are better for the mind and soul or anything. That’s… not what a lot of other people think, mainly because a screen is an opportunity for advertising space and because Elon Musk convinced the industry that every car needs a big screen, and virtually everyone but Tata agrees.

Still, I respect the hell of it and will respect it even more if Tata pulls it off as this is just a concept and not many other details have been released about it, although Tata said the car is the GEN 3 platform based on Will For other electrics, used for many different applications. This is just the beginning and also a bold statement.
