And the 55-year-old, who recently spent time in Australia, worked up a sweat during a workout at a Sydney park on Wednesday.
The actress looked totally focused as she put her toned muscles to the test with a set of resistance bands.

The Big Little Lies star appeared to wear minimal makeup for the outing and had her strawberry-blonde tresses partially pulled back from her face.
When it comes to training, Kidman has always loved staying active, having grown up in a family that loved running half marathons.
After years of her family competing in Australia’s popular sporting event called City to Surf, Kidman now enjoys a mix of spinning, yoga and running.
Kidman previously shared her fitness tips in an interview with the Los Angeles Times, stating, “Variety is the best path [to become fit] I’ve found.’

She added: “If you think you’re going to wake up and run five miles every morning for the rest of your life, you’re going to get bored and hit the snooze button after a week.
“So I try to break it in with exercise, running, yoga and even just walking with my husband and the kids.”
In fact, the star is often spotted sharing pictures of herself enjoying runs, hikes and horseback riding lessons on Instagram.
Although she’s always been known for her slim and lean physique, the Eyes Wide Shut actress has long explained that instead of following a diet, she’s opted for an 80/20 lifestyle.

“It’s walking a path that’s ultimately 80 percent health, 20 percent…sometimes it drops to 70 percent,” the Northman star admitted to Women’s Health in 2013.
The 80/20 diet is based on packing 80 percent of the diet with whole foods, while allowing the remaining 20 percent to be consumed appropriately.
Kidman continued, “But that’s why I think you have things like natural remedies — you find what works for you. And I do a lot and I have a lot of energy.’
Speaking to the Los Angeles Times in 2014, she reiterated, “I’m actually not that strict with my diet. I actually eat everything, but everything in moderation.

Her other favorite food, according to her 2015 73 Questions video with Vogue, is “homemade warm bread with Reggiano.”
The ‘Others’ actress has also previously shared her love of an Australian dish called ‘sausage sizzle’ – a grilled sausage served on white bread.
In 2018, Kidman — who once said she can eat “almost anything” — revealed that she has a fondness for live bugs, including mealworms and crickets.
