At the end of the meeting, a cooperation agreement is signed between the MIU and the PCV and the leader of the Dominican movement receives the Order of Friendship.
That same Tuesday, the Dominican United Left Commission will visit the oil and gas group before being received by Vietnamese Supreme Leader, PCV Secretary-General Nguyen Phu Trong.
