Lucia Zagaria had been suffering from Alzheimer’s for some time, a disease that had caused deep pain even to the people who had always been close to her, as Rosana Banfi herself told Verissimo last January: “He hasn’t been a mother for a few years good and always has the need for dad around. He’s always looking for it and that comes before anything else, before anything else: health and family unity.”
