My husband often disappears in Thailand and sends money there

“My husband often disappears in Thailand and sends money there”

A woman who has been married for 48 years questions the questionable behavior of her partner, who often “disappears” in Thailand and sends hundreds of dollars there every month.

She spoke anonymously on the phone during the Dear Deidre phone segment on British show This Morning.

“He’s leaving on Wednesday evening,” the elderly woman explains. When I get home there is no message, nothing. His passport is no longer there and he took his clothes with him.

According to the wife, when she tells him about her doubts, her husband replies dismissively that it is “none of his business”.

Moved, she adds. “I am 70 years old. I don’t know what to do… How long do I have?”

The two presenters of the morning show, Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield, can’t believe it, it hits them.

For her part, Deidre urged the 70-year-old to stop putting up with it, even calling her husband’s behavior “appalling.”

“Of course what your husband does is your business and he deducts hundreds of pounds from the family income. It’s awful,” adds Deidre.

The elderly woman then clarifies that the money her husband sends to Thailand each month does not come from their joint account.

Phillip, the host, is disgusted by the man’s behavior, convinced he is unfaithful.

“He has someone else. He goes to Thailand to see someone else, man or woman,” he says. “Or more people,” Deidre adds.
