Slower speed
When he’s at his best, Simon Gouache stands out from the crowd of comedians of his generation. This first part of his new show is a simmering fire of gags that give us little rest. quarter turn efficiency.
However, the second part of the show suffers from this breathless start because the rhythm is less endurable there. The gags are a little less machine-gunned and some themes, like live entertainment, seem less related to the rest of the material. Damage.
