Brian Austin Green praised his ex-wife Megan Fox while denying his ex-girlfriend Vanessa Marcil’s claim that she raised their son Kassius alone.
It started when the 54-year-old actress answered a fan’s question about whether co-parenting was difficult.
Responding to her Instagram Stories, she said: “We were not and are not mutual parents. I raised my son alone.”
Along with her reply, she shared a throwback picture of her and Kassius, now 20, from his childhood days.

He began the post by saying, “Well, I can’t tell you how frustrating it is to read continued lies from a woman in her 50s on social media like she’s still in high school.”
The disgruntled father-of-five continued, “She’s never been anyone in her life to walk the path.”
Speaking to his 710,000 followers on the platform, he added: “Talking is cheap. Megan and I [busted] our goal is to give Kass a well-rounded childhood [because] His mother was rarely there.
“I suppose that’s why she’s posting so much of him now. When is she going to just GO AWAY,” he added with a laugh and cry emoji.
It’s not the first time the former couple has gone public with their family drama.
In October last year, Brian made his ex Vanessa angry after learning about her alleged version of their custody battle over their son.
“I just heard my ex claim I spent years taking her to court asking for child support. Then how was I the defendant???’ He posted on Instagram.
Green shared part of an alleged legal document that identified Marcil as an “applicant” and himself as an “respondent” to back up his claims.

Brian has also posted photos showing his mended relationship with son Kassius after years ago Vanessa claimed he had cut his son out of his life.
He posted two snaps of them filming a movie called Rufus, calling it an “amazing experience.”
“Working with Kass on a film called Rufus was an amazing experience!!!” he captioned a shot. A second on-set shot of the father-son duo was captioned, “Another one of Kass and I from the set of Rufus.”
In 2018, Vanessa claimed Brian had cut all contact with her son five years earlier after he failed to obtain full custody of their child during a protracted legal battle.
In an Instagram post, the actress claimed Green and his then-wife Megan Fox had “decided to completely remove Kass from their lives and those of his younger brothers. Kass has never met his youngest brother and is not allowed to know where his biological father, stepmother and three younger brothers live.
But in 2020, Marcil suggested Green mended his relationship with Kassius, who had visited his father on the set of BH90210 a year earlier.
“My son was finally invited back into his father’s life and finally got to see his youngest brother and his other two siblings,” she posted on Instagram. “My son is also an incredibly big brother.”
Marcil and Green, who performed together on Beverly Hills 90210 from 1998 to 2000, were never married. They welcomed Kassius in March 2002.
Marcil, whose first marriage was to actor Corey Feldman from 1989 to 1993, married actor Carmine Giovinazzo for the second time in 2010. Two years later, she filed for divorce.
Green has since divorced Megan Fox, who is now engaged to music artist Machine Gun Kelly, and they share Noah, ten, Bodhi, eight, and Journey, six. In June, Green welcomed a son named Zane with girlfriend Sharna Burgess.
