The battle rages on in Donbass and Lugansk. The Russians’ goal is to conquer these lands in the shortest possible time, and they are ready for anything to do it. In the last 24 hours alone, two schools and twenty residential buildings in the Lugansk region were damaged by Russian army bombing. “The Russians are storming Rubishne and Popasna,” said the head of the regional military administration. Contact with the drivers was lost, the head of the city’s military-civilian administration explained, Nikolai Khanatov: “Yesterday we evacuated 31 people from Popasna, but there were many more, so we sent two more buses to the city.
