Our childhood is almost finished! Because this Saturday (25th) the special for the 25th anniversary of the premiere of “Castelo RáTimBum” will be shown on TV Cultura. However, after the tribute was announced, many people wondered why Luciano Amaral, the unforgettable Pedro, didn’t take part in the recordings. However, this Friday (24th), the actor’s advisor gave more details about his absence.
According to a statement released to the NaTelinha portal, the decision to stay out of the program came from Luciano himself. Earlier, rumors that the presenter would not have been fired from the channel where he works, ESPN Brasil, began circulating on the internet echo. It seems, however, that the story didn’t exactly go that way.
“Because this is a project conceived and sponsored by a brand other than TV Cultura itself, we thought it best not to participate,” the representative explained. The vehicle also denied the version that the former child actor had not reached an agreement regarding the entry fee, stating that there was never a request from Amaral to the channel’s officials to participate in the attraction.
As soon as the special was announced, Luciano went public to confirm that he would not appear in the program. “No, I won’t be there, folks. I couldn’t do that for contractual reasons. It will still be amazing. Enjoy and celebrate!” he wrote on his Twitter account in early February.

The special will air at 10pm on TV Cultura and will bring together much of the main cast such as Cassio Scapin (Nino), Rosi Campos (Morgana), Cinthya Rachel (Biba) and Fredy Állan (Zequinha). In addition to the protagonists, we will also meet iconic characters such as Gato, Relógio, Celeste, Godofredo, Mau, Penélope, Bongo, Caipora, Dr. Zucchini, birds and fairies. It’s a dream come true!
