Good things that have accepted the invitation of the cultural and gastronomic festival Montréal en lumière, which is in its 24th edition, and which is therefore made possible thanks to the teams of Radio Canada in Montreal for a program on the flavors of Quebec. Because contrary to all clichés and other traditional ideas, we don’t just eat Putin and North American burgers here. We also appreciate bagels, meat pies, shepherd’s pie, chômeur pudding and of course maple syrup. But above all, in recent years, Quebec cuisine has been moving and reinventing itself, thanks to a new generation of chefs, it is more refined, more concerned about good products and more accessible. On-site demonstration.
