(ANSA) — MOSCOW, FEBRUARY 28 — Russia’s Defense Ministry said two Ukrainian drones were neutralized by electronic defense systems last night while targeting civilian infrastructure in the Krasnodar Territory on the Black Sea, Ria Novosti agency. Ukrainska Pravda previously reported that explosions were heard in the area, followed by a fire at a local refinery of Russian government-controlled oil giant Rosneft.
