It was the host himself who revealed the news on social networks, referring his subscribers to an interview he gave to La Presse columnist Hugo Dumas, where he explained that his decision was made earlier in the year.
“It was a great experience. School. But I explained to the team that I’m leaving @deuxhommesenor at the end of the season 🥹. (Link to article in bio, by @hugodumas). In 2017 Patrick Lagacé and Pierre-Louis Laberge invited me to the restaurant . I expected to undergo a socio-political interrogation so that they would check if I had what it takes. After 3 minutes of small talk, the waiter comes with champagne 🍾 and they made me their “request” 💍 📺 Patrick treated me like a little one Brother accepted at his side. To advise me, to “support” me and to allow me to develop and explore a television playground unknown to me. I am very grateful for this beautiful journey to @deuxhommesenor. But as Martin St-Louis would say , I feel like the time has come to get off the train, I feel like I’ve reached the end of a cycle and there will be other crazy adventures that will make it possible for me n to explore and vibrate differently.
