This Thursday (02), complete 27 years after the accident that killed the Mamonas Assassins group. On March 2, 1996, they were returning from a concert in Brasilia in a small plane that crashed in Serra da Cantareira, in Guarulhos, near the airport where they were supposed to land. A total of 9 people died in the tragedy that brought the country to a standstill and immortalized the band in popular imagination.

To remember the date and honor the Mamonasartist Hidreley Diao, known for his work with editing software that caught the attention of several celebrities including Madonna did a sort of “time travel” to photograph the five musicians who were part of the group.
