Antony Blinken, US Secretary of State, insisted President Vladimir Putin could end the conflict tomorrow if he wanted to:

“All G20 members, and virtually all countries in general, continue to bear the cost of Russia’s war of aggression, a war that President Putin could end tomorrow if he so chooses.”

“As for help to solve the crisis, we have repeatedly said publicly that we will never reject serious proposals made out of a sincere desire to find a political solution,” Sergey Lavrov said.
