Tom Schwartz has been spotted for the first time since the cheating scandal between his Vanderpump Rules co-stars Tom Sandoval and Raquel Leviss broke last week.
Schwartz, 40, flew out of LAX on Saturday after being accused by several cast members of knowing about and hiding Sandavol’s affair from then-girlfriend Ariana Madix.
Speaking to TMZ, the reality star revealed that Sandavol is “okay” but added that he “rightfully feels a deep sadness.” I think he feels like a piece of shit.’
“And to a degree, maybe he is,” Tom added, chuckling. “But he knows he screwed up. The whole thing is just very sad.”
He then shared his thoughts on Ariana: “Luckily, Ariana has a good support system and she’s with her friends. I’m not sure where she is but I hope she lives the good life and just lets herself be pampered. I hope she goes on a lively Spree.’

Schwartz kept himself comfortable for the flight, wearing a green hoodie and beanie, along with black sweatpants and sneakers.
Carrying a large gray duffel bag on one shoulder and a black bag on the other, he had his hands full with his cell phone and boarding passes.
When asked how Raquel was feeling, he shared, “I haven’t spoken to Raquel. I haven’t seen her or spoken to her since this whole thing started.’
Schwartz added that he hopes the scandal will be over soon: “I just hope this whole thing is over.”
Schwartz was then asked if he knew about the affair, and the photographer inquired, “A lot of people think you knew about the whole thing that was going on, did you know anything about it?”
“I prefer not to talk about it at this point,” Schwartz replied, adding, “You’ll see how it plays out on the show.”
Pressing further, he added: “It’s bloody complicated. That’s the understatement of the year.”
He also spoke about co-star Scheana Shay after her lawyer recently denied claims that she punched Raquel over her hair during an altercation with Sandoval.

Schwartz then added, “I’m really just saddened by the domestic impact it’s having on our business. But I think cooler heads will prevail.”
It was revealed last week that Sandoval and Leviss allegedly had a “full fling” for months which led to his split from Madix.
Leviss, 28, and Sandoval, 39, have been “communicating inappropriately for months,” according to a source speaking to Page Six, and “want to be together now.”
The cheating scandal erupted earlier on Friday when it was revealed that Sandoval and Ariana were splitting up after it was revealed he had “made out” with Raquel, DailyMail.com has confirmed.
Madix, 37, who dated Sandoval for nine years, reportedly found out about the alleged cheating with Leviss on Wednesday and ended their nine-year romance shortly thereafter.
