The Carlos Mannucci footballer faces a big gift in La Liga 1 with his club and it didn’t go unnoticed by La Videna. Upon learning of his call-up, the 26-year-old admitted he was surprised when he left training.
“I left Mansiche’s training session, I went to my pineapple slice after the training session as usual and my news cell phone started to burst,” he said in dialogue with journalist Talía Azcárate.

Likewise, in a conversation with Radio Ovación, he mentioned that he couldn’t help but cry when he knew he was going to be part of the microcycle. “When I opened one of the messages and found out that I had been called, I started crying with emotion, such were the first moments.”,
Gonzales noted that his intention is to match the bicolor strategist’s confidence and earn a spot in the final list. “(…) I want to go to Professor Reynoso, give him back the small opportunity and why not, keep talking,” he concluded.
Who is Eric Gonzales?
Erick Gonzales started his career at Universidad San Martín in 2018 and later played for second division clubs (Deportivco Coopsol and Sport Chavelines).
His good performances did not go unnoticed by the League 1 teams and after passing through Cusco FC and Academia Cantolao he was signed by Carlos Mannuci. He is currently the undisputed regular player in coach Mario Viera’s scheme.
