Paris Hilton’s life is currently in full swing.
The TV star has released a new anthology called Paris: The Memoir, she’s enjoying being a new mom – and her mum Kathy Hilton is obsessed with Paris’ son – and she’s celebrating 20 years of The Simple Life.
During an appearance on Good Morning America on Tuesday, the Simple Life alum looked stunning in a flowy blue floral dress with a tiered skirt and high neck.
She paired this look with pointed white heels with an ankle strap, simple stud earrings, white sunglasses and a white Chanel handbag, and carried a copy of her memoir. As she left the studio, she added a long cream coat to her look.
“This book was like a diary,” said the socialite. “I put everything in it, so many really traumatic experiences that I went through, especially as a teenager, and so many memories I didn’t want to remember – but also a lot of good, exciting times. I’ve lived such an amazing life.’

Advice to her younger self: “I would tell her that you will go through a lot in life, but one day you will use your voice to help others and make a difference,” said the mother-of-one
The hosts – Michael Strahan, Robin Roberts and George Stephanopoulos – asked the socialite how her mother reacted to the bombs Paris dropped in her memoir.
“She’s so proud of me for being brave and telling my story,” she said, revealing her mother had no idea about some of the difficulties Paris faced as a teenager.
The hosts brought up the fact that Paris were the original influencers alongside Brittney Spears and Lindsay Lohan and asked what advice she would give her younger self.
“I would tell her that you will go through a lot in life, but one day you will use your voice to help others and make so much difference,” she said.
“So it will be worth it,” she added.
The hosts also asked her how the writing process helped her.
“It’s been so cathartic and therapeutic to let go of so much because I’ve been through so much and through so many hard times for so long. But it felt good to just release everything,” she said.
But the Paris in Love star is finding joy in her life these days — especially with her brand new baby son, Phoenix Barron.
