“This Turu, Turu, Turu in here”! Sandy, 40, made a special appearance at the Coldplay concert at Morumbi Stadium on Tuesday night (14).
The singer had been spotted attending a sound check in Morumbi throughout the day but had no confirmation of attending the event. This created an expectation of a joint action between the band and the artist.
Just before 10:30 p.m. (Brasília time), singer Chris Martin, 46, used a piano to perform “When You Pass,” which starred Sandy. She got the audience singing the famous verse of one of her biggest hits at the top of their lungs: “this turu, turu, turu in here”.
The Brazilian also sang alongside Martin, ‘Magic’, one of Coldplay’s biggest hits which was released nine years ago as part of the ‘Ghost Stores’ album.
On social networks, fans of the band posted photos and videos of Sandy’s special participation. In it, the artist expresses his special thanks for being on stage.
“What a thrill to be here tonight. Thanks for the welcome, for the affection,” she celebrated alongside Chris Martin.

Sandy wasn’t the first Brazilian artist to take the stage with the band Coldplay. Last Saturday (11th) Seu Jorge was invited by the musicians to a special performance. They performed the song “My Wife’s Friend”.
