One of the most cartoonish characters in the animated series “The Simpsons” is the character Montgomery Burnspopularly known as Mister. burns.

The owner of the Springfield Nuclear Power Plant is known to be dishonest, greedy and evil. He is assisted by Smithers, a fawning sidekick who is always by his side. Burns is estimated to be between 81 and 104 years old.

The character represents the American corporate cliche, always looking for ways to further increase its wealth without caring about the wellbeing of its own employees.

Homer Simpson’s boss is oldfashioned and prefers to use outdated technology, which expresses an outdated vibe. One of his most famous lines in the series is the word “Excellent…” said at moments when he seems to be plotting something for his own benefit.

He spends most of his time in his office supervising his employees. In one of the show’s episodes, titled “Double, Double, Boy in Trouble,” Burns claims to be the youngest of a family of eleven children.
