The Plurinational State of Bolivia completed consolidation on Tuesday a twelve-point proposal being worked on jointly and presented to the United Nations Water Conferencewhich will take place on March 22nd, 23rd and 24th in New York, USA.

“This time is a dark time for humanity. Many world leaders think more about war and guns than about life and health. In this dark time, our people, the wisdom of our grandmothers and grandfathers, must strengthen us to carry and uphold these messages at the World Water Conference,” International Relations Minister Rogelio Mayta said in time for the reading of the twelve points of the country proposal.

The proposal that Bolivia will bring to this multilateral meeting is summarized in the following points:
