Kyle Chrisley was arrested after threatening to kill his boss while pointing a knife at him, just two months after his superstar parents Todd and Julie Chrisley were jailed over a $30million bank fraud.
Kyle, 32, has been arrested for aggravated assault after he allegedly pointed a “fixed blade” at his boss at Penske Truck on East Enon Springs Road on Monday.
His boss, Deven Campbell, was found by a Smyrna police officer with injuries to his “head, neck and hand” and “bruise and cut”.
“The victim indicated that the defendant also displayed a fixed-blade knife and threatened to kill/stab him,” the warrant, obtained by , reads. “Witnesses at the scene confirmed that the defendant displayed a knife and threatened to stab the victim.”
The following day, Chrisley “voluntarily” showed up for the booking process and was taken to Rutherford County Detention Center on $3,000 bail, according to a press release from the Smyrna Police Department. He was later released on bail.

Kyle is the latest member of the family to get into legal trouble as his parents, Todd and Julie, are currently spending time in Florida over a scam scheme.
Todd was sentenced to 12 years in prison and Julie to seven, with a 16-month probation period for both after their release.
Todd is father to Kyle and daughter Lindsie, 33, with his ex-wife Teresa Terry, and father to sons Chase, 26, and Grayson, 16, and daughter Savannah, 25, with Julie.
Amid Kyle’s struggles with addiction and bipolar disorder in 2016, Todd and Julie were given full custody of his daughter with Angela Johnson, Chloe.
Savannah said before the sentencing that she now has custody of Grayson and Chloe.
Kyle and Todd had a strained relationship over the years after taking Chloe into custody, according to the outlet – but have since been seen burying the hatchet.
The aggravated assault charges come just months after Todd and Julie Chrisley started their sentences.

The celebrity couple were found guilty of bank fraud and tax evasion, as well as filing false documents with banks to take out loans allegedly worth more than $30 million to fund their lavish lifestyle.
They also used a production company to hide earnings from the IRS, attorneys argued.
After her sentencing, Kyle took to social media and posted a Bible verse about not judging others.
It read: “Judge not, or you too will be judged. For as you judge others, you will be judged, and the measure you apply will be measured against you.
“Who do you look at the sawdust in your brother’s eye and ignore the board in your own eye?”
