His agent from Los Angeles-based Sovereign Talent Group exclusively told DailyMail.com that she was shocked to hear of her client’s sudden and tragic death.

The couple had texted about the next phase of their lives just 24 hours before their deaths on March 8, to the shock of their 120,000 followers.

“He was in good spirits and excited to tell me about his move to Miami and the next chapter in his life. He had started a new business, although I didn’t yet know what it was,” said the agent, who asked not to be named.

She said he sounded like his normal, positive, happy self during their exchange.

“We were talking about a fun audition I had for him that involved kind of a little argument. We laughed about it and he told me he’s a comedian at heart. I’m just stunned. I don’t know how to react,’ she said.

A police report shared with DailyMail.com shows Miami police were called to a suicide at a luxury apartment building on Brickell Avenue at 4:12 p.m. on March 8.

Thomas’ body was found on the sidewalk below and was pronounced dead at the scene by emergency services. Many witnesses were reported outside the building and animal control was present to recover a dog that was left in the apartment.

The 57-story luxury high-rise building on Brickell Avenue in Miami where Thomas lived is located on the bayfront with stunning views of the Miami River and in close proximity to trendy downtown.

An official cause of death has yet to be determined pending the completion of an autopsy.

Thomas’ cousin Meghan Rae told DailyMail.com that his family member did not die by suicide.

“It wasn’t suicide. To report otherwise is a complete disregard for his character and who he was,” she said.

“The information released is false and defamatory. No further comments will be made by our family. Please respect our privacy and his memory at this difficult time.’

Thomas’s agent said she and Thomas had planned to speak on Friday, but on Tuesday – after their text exchange – he called again but left no message.
