Florida police investigating the murder of a Microsoft executive last year have arrested his ex-wife’s new husband in connection with his death.
Jared Bridegan was gunned down in the middle of the street in front of his young daughter last February.
Today police announced the arrest of Mario Fernandez Saldana, the new husband of Bridegan’s ex-wife Shanna.

Saldana was arrested this morning in Orlando after hitman Henry Tenon turned against him and agreed to testify against him.
Henry Tenon, 61, has been charged with Bridegan’s murder. Jared Bridegan, 33, was repeatedly shot dead in front of his daughter Bexley in Florida last year
Tenon was arrested for his role in January. He was living in a house owned by Saldana at the time of the murder.
Prosecutors have yet to confirm the motive behind the murder, but Shanna and Jared shared custody of their two children at the time.
They announced the arrest at a press conference where Jared’s widow, Kirsten, took the podium.
“Now the world knows what we’ve always known — that Jared was an innocent victim.”
She opened up about her “anger” at Saldana “walking the loose” while “dealing with grief.”
Shanna, the ex-wife, was not arrested.
The Microsoft executive was found 2.2 miles from Shanna’s home after dropping off the children on February 16. It was on a quiet stretch of street where there were no security cameras
