Love Island’s Ron Hall and Lana Jenkins reportedly had an “angry argument” on their way home from South Africa on Thursday.
The couple, both 25, who finished runners-up to Kai Fagan and Shanam Harrinanan, are said to have been in such trouble that members of the Love Island production crew had to intervene mid-flight.
According to The Sun, after landing in the UK, the couple refused to film their homecoming until producers intervened again.
They then left Heathrow Airport separately rather than spending a romantic night together.
A viewer told the publication, “Lana and Ron had a violent argument on the plane home – the production team had to step in and calm it down.”

“They were so angry that they refused to film the ‘meeting with the family’ part of the reunion show at Heathrow until the producers stepped in again.”
“They were supposed to stay overnight in London together but after the fight they went back to their families separately to cool off.”
An ITV representative declined to comment.
Kai and Sanam made history when a Casa Amor bombshell entered the show for the first time and clinched victory on the show.
The pair were left speechless as presenter Maya Jama announced the results during the live final in South Africa.
Ahead of her win, Sanam accidentally revealed that she’s in love with Kai while telling viewers to “watch this space” to make the beauty his girlfriend in the outside world.
Tom and Samie took third place in the competition while airport security guard Shaq, 24, and Tanya Manhenga came out first.
After her win, Sanam told Maya, 28, “I can’t believe it,” while Kai was speechless.
She said of their romance: “For me it was always Kai, like I always said, he was my number one. Obviously he’s a very attractive guy, but I fell in love with everything. Everything about him, I just loved it. I really didn’t think I would be here. I will cry.’

Like every romance on the show, Kai and Sanam have had a rough road – after Olivia Hawkins, the gym teacher’s former love interest, left furious when his head was turned in Casa Amor – as did hers.
But Kai’s decision to pair up with Sanam again has proven worthy as they have stayed strong ever since.
In her interview, the PE teacher noted that his journey on the show has been a “roller coaster” but he’s looking forward to taking Sanam away from the glamor of the South African villa.
“It’s been a roller coaster ride,” he said. “But she literally blew me away. I think it’s the eyes. I always told her that it was the first conversation we had, she closed her eyes. But she doesn’t anymore! After the first we got closer and closer.
“She never leaves my side and I absolutely love her.
“It’s amazing in here and you have so many people working around you arranging the most amazing dates ever but I can’t wait to put my time and effort into her and show her how amazing she is .
“She’ll be my girlfriend on the outside, but I want that control. I will make it so special and I have told her so many times that on the outside she will be my friend. So keep an eye out.’
