Jean-Philippe Wauthier returns to animate Two Men in Gold and Rosalie

From the autumn, Jean-Philippe Wauthier will find his place as presenter of the program “Deux hommes en or et Rosalie” alongside Patrick Lagacé, accomplice from the very beginning, and Rosalie Bonenfant, who has since been planted in the team.

The hosts, who had ceded their place to Pierre-Yves Lord in recent years, jumped at the chance to take it back when the latter announced his retirement.

“It’s the biggest comeback since Elvis came back and Guy Lafleur returned to the game with the New York Rangers,” joked Pierre-Yves Lord in a video announcing the return of Jean-Philippe Wauthier posted on Thursday was shared by Télé-Québec.

“It’s true that it’s timely to bring back old things: ‘A man, a girl,’ ‘La petite vie,’ are you telling me, ‘Thank God’ are coming back next year?” he added jokingly.

Jean-Philippe will also be on the show on Friday evening. “The fantastic thing about this relationship is that I gave birth to a child, I left it to PY to raise it and I’ll pick it up when we get the credits,” he added in a playful tone.

Patrick, Rosalie and Pierre-Yves will also receive Léane Labrèche-Dor this week to talk about the new series “Haute Démolition” whose premiere is on Thursday evening, Marie Julie, a former Raëlian and humorist Erich Preach.

“Two Men in Gold and Rosalie” will be presented Fridays at 9 p.m. on the airwaves of Télé-Québec.
