And she continued her candid chat with a post to her 203,000 followers.

It comes shortly after Ulrik revealed her “sex secrets” last week.

She said the secret was to follow the “Scandinavian approach” as they don’t shy away from nudity and are usually very accepting of their naked body.

Ulrika revealed that sex education begins at a “young age” and there is no “pretense” about what the act of lovemaking is.

Ulrika revealed that she was only five years old when she first encountered the topic and said: “I first heard about it in kindergarten at the tender age of about five.

“It wasn’t about learning about the birds and the bees. They called it what it was. There was no claim.’

Born in Sweden, Ulrika has never been shy about sharing details of her sex life and has previously admitted that she enjoys dating and sleeping with younger men.

In October, the TV personality insisted she wasn’t “ageist” but admitted she was “acting younger”.

Speaking to Closer magazine, she said: “I’ve been dating on and off for the last year and a half… As far as younger men go, it’s not so much a preference for sex with them, but I’ve dated younger ones.

“I am by no means senile. I’m an equal opportunity dater so be sure to apply! I’m 55 now but I feel rejuvenated and energized!’

Speaking of her libido, she said: “I really still feel as naughty, silly and ridiculous as ever. I am on HRT [hormone replacement therapy] for menopause, but it hasn’t affected my sex life at all.

“I’m still very excited. I’d like to have someone in my life, but maybe not in the traditional way.’

Ulrika has been single since her divorce from third husband Brian Monet in 2019 after the two split after ten years together. They have a son, Malcolm, 13.

Her first marriage to cinematographer John Turnbull was in 1990 and they have one son, Cameron, 27.

The presenter’s second marriage in 2003 involved Lance Gerrard-Wright, who at the time was a contestant on her TV show Mr Right. They share one daughter, Martha, 17.

She also has a daughter, Bo, 21, with her ex-boyfriend, hotelier Marcus Kempen, whom she split in 2000 after two years.
