The animated series Lilo & Stitch originally aired between 2003 and 2006. In the storyline, best friends Lilo and Stitch must find all 625 Jumba Experiments before Gantu finds them.
The series originated as a spinoff of the film of the same name, which was released in 2002, while retaining the same setting and characters featured in the original story. The series won two seasons with a total of 65 episodes.
Lilo is a little girl who loves animals. She collects litter on the beaches to earn money so she can feed her fish. After finding a supposedly lost dog, she decides to adopt him.
Over time, Lilo realizes that something is wrong with her new friend. In fact, he is one of the most wanted extraterrestrial beings in the galaxy. In order to look like a normal dog, Stitch hides some of his legs, leading Lilo to believe he is a land animal.
