Love Island presenter Maya Jama shares a rare video with her VERY glamorous mother, and her fans are all saying the same thing

Maya Jama posted a TikTok on Friday that includes a cameo of a very special and elusive guest – her mother.

The 28-year-old presenter rarely posts content featuring Sadie, 46, but she showed her beloved mother to her nearly 586,000 followers.

The video shows the Love Island host lip syncing with Stacey’s mother from Fountain of Wayne in the noughties, dressed in a white dressing gown.

The star was getting ready for a show when her long brunette locks were wet and clipped back from her made-up face.

She sported a stunning shimmery purple eye show and perfect cat eye liner.

The video comes days after fans expressed concerns for Maya’s safety to the “relentless” winds in South Africa during Monday’s Love Island finale.

One fan wrote: “The wind in South Africa is STRONGGG, Maya was almost blown over.”

The TV star apologized as the show went into chaos and cameras were thrown around by strong gusts during the live broadcast.

Fans claimed the technical glitch made the episode “too stressful” to watch, while protesting producers didn’t do enough to soundproof the footage.

One wrote: “You must fix the wind! It messes up the moment! #loveisland.’

Another added: “The South African winds are doing the most to try and sweep this cursed show off their shores #LoveIsland.”

Despite the chaos, most fans were happy with the outcome as Kai Fagan and Sanam Harrinanan were crowned the winners.

Despite that happy ending, it was revealed on Friday that convicted criminals were caught trying to snag a spot on Winter Love Island after show bosses included the government’s disclosure and blocking service in their background checks.

All potential contestants go through a rigorous screening service before being accepted on the show, including STD tests and criminal background checks.

The show bosses are also scrutinizing the islanders’ social media for disturbing material and conducting assessments of the islanders’ physical and mental health.

In applications for this year’s series, several former delinquents attempted to star in the show.

A source told The Sun: “We’ve never had a #MeToo horror pop-up because we don’t move on with a potential candidate if we find anything disturbing about their story along those lines.”
