OnlyFans model sues ex-boyfriend in over $6 billion revenge porn lawsuit

An OnlyFans model in Florida is suing her ex-boyfriend for $6.3 billion for allegedly posting sexually explicit content from her social media accounts without her consent.

Mikayla Saravia, 25, alleges that Nicholas Hunter, 27, changed the passwords on her accounts and posted the graphic photos and videos after they split in October, according to the revenge porn lawsuit filed in federal court this week became.

Her Instagram page, which has more than 8 million users, and her Twitter account, which has more than 600,000 followers, both feature sexually explicit content and promote their OnlyFans accounts.

Saravia has two accounts with OnlyFans – one is free and a more “explicit” account costs $30 per month. The lawsuit alleges that Hunter – who was in business with Saravia prior to their split – took control of both and used them to sell videos and photos of her.

The lawsuit alleges that from October 2022 to January 2023, Hunter “posted numerous sexually explicit images and videos of Saravia, including for sale.”

On January 28, 2023, Hunter used Saravia’s Twitter account to send a sexually explicit image of her to her 628,700 Twitter followers, according to the lawsuit.

Saravia was able to regain control of her accounts shortly thereafter.

Her attorney, Joseph DiRuzzo, acknowledged that his client had posted explicit content himself, but indicated that she had control over those posts.

“Just because you’ve consented to an image in the past doesn’t mean you’re giving someone permission to post additional content without your consent,” DiRuzzo wrote in the complaint.

“The defendant used the OnlyFans account to sell sexually explicit videos and images of the plaintiff based on material he collected prior to the breakup of their business and personal relationship.”

The lawsuit is seeking $6.3 billion in damages, which is equal to $10,000 for each of the 628,000 Twitter followers she had in October when their relationship ended.
