Julia Fox has slammed back rumors she’s taking diabetes drug Ozempic for weight loss.
In a recent episode of her video podcast Forbidden Fruits, the 33-year-old Uncut Gems star, who posted the $450,000 for her brother’s recent arrest, addressed the rumors with her co-host Niki Takesh.
“All these people come up because of me and say I take the weight loss things… people say I take Ozempic or whatever it’s called,” Fox said. “I’m not, and I’ve never… I would never do that. There are diabetics who need it.’
Takesh chimed in, adding, “It’s a diabetes drug and there are people who really need it.”
There is a shortage of the drug because people are using it for weight loss and not what it was intended for.
Fox said she lost 15 pounds while dating Kim Kardashian’s ex-husband Kanye West.

The model also spoke about an apartment tour she recently gave that went viral.
In a TikTok video in January, Fox captioned the video, “Come with me on a very disappointing apartment tour! Also to clarify: I have ONE mouse and it is cute.”
“OK, I never thought in a million years that I would do this, but I believe in maximum transparency,” she said. ‘And that’s why I’m going to give you a tour of the apartment.’
“And I know I get roasted and whatever, but hopefully someone can see that and say, ‘Well, maybe I’m not that bad,'” she said.
In her podcast she went into the reactions to the apartment inspection.
“I feel like a lot of people came out when the mouse outrage happened that they had never been to New York, because the fact of the matter is that everyone here has mice!” Fox explained.
“When you have rats, you have to regulate. That is a very important difference.”
“When I was little, I always had so much fun catching them and releasing them,” Fox added. “But now it’s like I’m tired and want to catch a mouse after a 16 hour day? No, I’m just telling myself the mouse is a pet.”

Last week, the No Sudden Move actress was spotted for the first time since her brother Christopher, 30, was arrested on drug and gun charges in Manhattan earlier this month.
Police say they found untraceable “ghost weapons” during the raid early March 8, along with supplies used to make bombs and evidence of narcotics manufacture.
In her brother’s arraignment, prosecutors said police seized 3D-printed silencers, high-capacity ammo magazines and an unauthorized handgun and ammunition, as well as numerous 3D-printed machine gun parts he appeared to be making.
The apartment also contained a large amount of cash, a pill press, fentanyl, pressure cookers, chloroform, heroin, propane, explosives and formaldehyde.
Fox posted $450,000 bail for her sister.
In her TikTok video, the star branded her brother “cute and friendly” but explained he’s “internalized his anger.”
She said: “I know my brother and I’ve always thought of him as – I’m not kidding guys – the sweetest, gentle, kind, soft-spoken, loves animals, loves planting flowers, has a green thumb, loves the outdoors, but I will say that my brother and I have a lot of trauma and the difference is that I’m a scrapper, I’m a fighter and I’ve thrown down my aggression and I’ve been able to release that anger.
“He’s finally going to get the help I’ve been trying to get for him for so long.
“I wish I could say more but I don’t want to damage his case or anything but I’ll say I’m just embarrassed.”
