For its Sunday premiere on TVA Get Me Out of

“Get me out of here!” and “La Voix” remain at the top, the Gala Les Olivier rises

The reality show Get Me Out of Here and the music competition La Voix were again the two most popular Sunday events on Quebec television, although the Les Olivier Gala was more popular than last year.

“Get Me Out of Here!”, whose fifth episode on TVA marked the surprise return of Nathalie Simard, attracted 1,464,500 followers, once again making her the number one favorite Sunday show. Another major TVA meetup, “La Voix,” in turn garnered 1,434,800 followers for its first live broadcast, according to figures from Numeris.

Unlike last year, when the Les Olivier gala hosted by François Bellefeuille had 676,000 viewers, 834,500 turned up on Sunday to see the prize’s new captain, Katherine Levac.

On the Big Brother Celebrities side, Sunday’s episode resulted in the elimination of comedian Korine Côté, a eviction attended by 625,100 people.

Here are the numbers for the other Sunday appointments: “VAT Nouvelles” at 6 p.m. (843,100), “True Nature” (760,800), “Discovery” (586,700), “The Adventures of the Pharmacist” (557,500), “Le Téléjournal” at 22 (406,800), VAT Nouvelles at 10pm (336,500) and Big Brother Celebrities (234,900).
