A family struggle brews among the Isley Brothers…with Rudolph Island blamed his younger brother Ronald Island to go behind his back and possibly cut him for a ton of money.

According to a new lawsuit obtained by TMZ, Rudolph is suing Ronald for the rights to the “The Isley Brothers” trademark … he says Ronald applied for and got the trademark approved in his own name and is taking any profits with him.

In the documents, Rudolph claims Ronald applied for and was granted exclusive rights to “The Isley Brothers” for use on “visual recordings and audiovisual recordings containing music and animation” in August in August … but Rudolph says Ronald needs his consent to edit such a thing Deal.

Rudolph says Ronald applied to have the trademark put on his name in November 2021… but Rudolph claims they previously split all profits on some large transactions, including a multi-million dollar publishing deal… and now he wants, that the judge arranges an accounting to see how much money Ronald has earned since the change.

On top of that, Rudolph wants the court to step in and declare that The Isley Brother’s trademark is jointly owned by him and his brother… and he wants Ronald to spit out half the money he’s since made on their band’s good name the mark.
