According to The Sun, the 56-year-old actor was found dead at the exit of Kings’ Cross station in London last Thursday.
“We sent a rescue team and a doctor in an emergency vehicle. We treated a man at the scene and took him to the hospital as a matter of priority,” a spokesman said.
Responding to an incident at St Pancras Station on Euston Road, authorities relocated the emergency artist and linked him to viral support, from which he was severed on Monday March 20.
The artist’s family started a fundraiser through the funding portal Go Fund Me and will receive a budget to cover Paul Grant’s expenses.
FRIENDS AND FAMILY SAY FIRE TO PAUL GRANT
Paul Grant’s eldest daughter, Sophie Jayne, was deeply saddened by the 56-year-old actor’s departure and highlighted his qualities while dismissing the controversies she was embroiled in.
“I’m devastated. My dad was a legend in so many ways,” the young woman told Sky News, who recalled that he “always put a smile and a laugh on everyone’s face.”
For her part, Maria Dwyer, the actor’s girlfriend, didn’t hesitate to call him “the love of my life” and “the funniest man I know.”
“He made my life complete, life will never be the same without him,” said the 56-year-old, who also affirmed that “he was a charming guy” who “always battled drug and alcohol addiction, but he was a talented actor” and revealed that he “called himself ‘the king of the dwarfs'”.
