Event ticketing company Ticketmaster has been making waves for weeks over hidden fees and poor customer service.
As a member of the Kiss Army Fan Club, Marc Tremblay had access to pre-sale tickets for the new Kiss Group Tour.
He went on to buy tickets for the Montreal and Ottawa shows.
After looking at his receipt from the last show, he noticed that he was charged an $84 fee to become a member of the Kiss Army fan club, even though he was already a member.

He then tried to contact the company to denounce the poor customer service as they refused to reimburse him for these costs.
“It’s impossible to call Ticketmaster, it’s a cat, it’s complicated,” Marc Tremblay, Kiss fan and member of the Kiss Army Fan Club.
Fans of the group The Cure have experienced similar situations.
The singer of the same group also tweeted: “I’m as disgusted as you are by today’s Ticketmaster fees debacle. To put it bluntly, the artist has no way of constraining them.”
