Pro wrestler Alexa Bliss and actress Holly Robinson Peete revealed their identities after appearing on Wednesday’s episode of The Masked Singer on Fox.
The season 9 episode featured a Country Night theme that pitted Fairy, Axolotl, and Macaw against each other.
Axolotl sported a huge pink head with bug eyes, feathery ears and a pink sequined jacket when he performed Can’t Fight The Moonlight by LeAnn Rimes. She shared clues including the fact that she was bullied as a child and even stopped eating. She ended her performance with a microphone drop.
“Only a dancer can do a drop like that,” said panelist Jenny McCarthy, 50.
“That’s the cutest costume, great song choices, great energy and I ended up dropping the mic,” said Robin Thicke, 46.

“That’s definitely a professional entertainer,” Jenny said.
Wide receiver Robert Woods came out to provide another clue as to Axolotl’s identity. He came out with a football mask that said 2.3 million.
“So many people are watching me work,” said axolotl.
Robin was convinced it was Nikki Bella. Ken Jeong, 53, insisted it was her sister Brie Bella. Nicole Scherzinger, 44, thought it was gold medal Olympic gymnast McKayla Maroney.
Jenny guessed correctly that it was WWE Superstar Alexa.
Show host Nick Cannon, 42, asked Alexa how her experience on the show was after she was exposed.
“It was personal to me because I have really debilitating stage fright when it comes to singing,” Alexa said. “I actually cried backstage before I came out here because I was just so nervous. But I’m just so proud of myself for conquering my fear.”
‘So proud of you!’ said jenny.

“And you were so amazing,” Alexa said. “Everyone was so great, and it was just one of those things. I deal with fear and that was something I wanted to show, I can be proud of and when someone else has something that they are afraid of, do something every day that scares you because that’s what I did today and it was so fun.’
Actress and singer Holly, 58, starred as a sparkly fairy with green wings and was also unmasked on the hour-long show after losing the battle royale to Macaw.
Holly in her fairy outfit sang Bonnie Raitt’s song Angel From Montgomery. Before taking the stage, she shared that she is friends with Linda Ronstadt and that music is a big part of her life. She also showed clues, including a police badge and a storybook.
“With a voice like that, there’s nothing you can’t sing,” Nicole said.
“Amazing work,” Jenny said.
Standup comedian Bill Engvall came out to provide a special clue, which was a 21 blackjack hand.
Before Fairy was exposed, Nicole made her final guess, thinking it was Traci Ellis Ross. Jenny thought it was Jamie Foxx’s daughter Corrine. Robin said it was Steve Harvey’s daughter Lori because she said she was a “nepo baby”.
“You gotta know someone,” quipped Robin, son of the late actor Alan Thicke.

Ken insisted it was Jennifer Aniston.
All panelists proved wrong.
“Why didn’t you know that,” said Holly. “I feel like I know everyone on this board and no one knew.”
“Your voice is so beautiful,” Nicole said.
“I’ve always been kind of a closet singer,” Holly said. “I sang the theme songs to ‘Hangin’ with Mr. Cooper’ and 21 Jump Street.”
“I didn’t know that,” Nick said.
Holly also said her connection to Sesame Street Night was that her father, Matt Robinson, was the original Gordon on the show.
“He started the show,” Holly said. “He introduced all these characters. When Oscar sang “I love trash” for the first time, my father was there. He introduced Big Bird, all that, and having his daddy as Gordon as a five-year-old was the most amazing thing. So sing to Oscar, talk about a moment that comes full circle, so that was amazing.

Macaw, a giant feathered bird wearing a red suit, shared hints that he was performing when he was young, but it frightened him.
Macaw took the stage and performed Tim McGraw’s Live Like You Were Dying. The audience sang along and waved roses in the air. All panelists stood and danced while Macaw spread his wings across the stage.
“That was incredible,” said Nicole. “Wow, I felt like I was at a country concert.”
“Ara, you could be the front runner tonight,” Jenny said.
American country singer Deana Carter brought out another clue to Macaw’s identity, namely a silver medal.
Robin thought it might be actor Elijah Woods. Jenny suspected it might be One Direction’s Zayn Malik. Nicole suspected Doug Robb from Hoobastank.
Fairy and Macaw competed in the battle royale, singing Shania Twain’s song That Don’t Impress Me Much with dancers behind them.
Macaw came out with the most votes.
“They were both amazing,” Nicole said. ‘Great.’
Macaw was declared the winner of the battle royale and advanced to the quarterfinals.
