‘I will dare!’ Josie Gibson dives into the freezing sea while visiting Helsinki in the hilarious ‘This Morning’ segment
Josie Gibson earned praise from This Morning hosts Phillip Schofield and Holly Willoughby by diving into the freezing sea for a hilarious show segment.
The presenter, 38, paid a visit to Helsinki, Finland, which has been dubbed ‘The Happiest Place on Earth’.
After speaking to X Factor star Saara Aalto and some locals, Josie shed her robes and revealed she was embracing the Finnish lifestyle and taking a bath.
Josie donned a colorful bathing suit and declared: “I’ll dare!” before descending the steps into the water.
Before hitting the water, the star admitted it was “very cold” before she even took a dip thanks to a brisk wind blowing in from the Baltic Sea.

As she slowly entered the water, Josie struggled to contain her squeaks and managed to make it up to her waist.
She gave the camera a thumbs-up and shouted, “I’m happy!” to Phillip and Holly, who were watching from the studio.
Closing the segment, Phillip declared, “Well done! Look how happy that made her!’
Holly added: “You know when she comes out she’s going to feel that euphoria.”
Phillip then recalled taking part in a similar challenge for a TV series, adding that his skin felt great “three days later” after enjoying time in the sauna before his cold bath.
It comes after Josie accidentally dropped a cookie on the floor while offering it to Paul Rudd during a hilarious This Morning interview.
The presenter chatted to the actor about his role in the new Marvel film Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania.
During the interview, Josie introduced Paul to the British staple tea and biscuits, but continued to dump the treat on the floor.

The actor then picked it up before adding, “Great, let me take that,” dusting off the fluff.
After playing a game during the chat, Paul added: “This is the greatest day of my life, that was awesome. Thanks for giving me a cookie that didn’t hit the floor.”
A giddy Josie couldn’t contain her excitement as she berated herself for dropping the cookies on the floor.
Josie had guest-hosted This Morning with Dermot O’Leary during the usual half-time break of Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield, while Alison Hammond was absent as she prepared to host the British Academy Film Awards on Sunday.
Paul was in London to promote his return to the Marvel Cinematic Universe in Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania, having last played the role in 2019’s Avengers: Endgame.
