“It is with regret that Christian Bégin has to cancel his commitments for the next few weeks. After a recent health problem, he must undergo emergency surgery, which will require a convalescence period of currently unknown length.
The tour of his one-man show The 8 Deadly Sins was of course interrupted. All performances are suspended until June.
Christian Bégin launched his show at the Théâtre Outremont on October 20, 25 years after his last solo exhibition. He then embarked on a tour that took him throughout Quebec.
Ticket holders for already scheduled performances “will be contacted by ticketing staff to find out what options are available to them,” the KO agency said on its transactions page.
Christian Bégin celebrated his 60th birthday on March 19th.
