Jujutsu Kaisen Season 2 is coming our way later this summer with new episodes, and to celebrate Jujutsu Kaisen he has released a new trailer showing more of what fans can expect from Season 2 and when to expect the new episodes ! Gege Akutami’s original Jujutsu Kaisen manga was already a huge hit for Shueisha’s Weekly Shonen Jump magazine, but the Jujutsu Kaisen anime adaptation helped propel the franchise to a whole new level thanks to the success of the anime’s first season and debut feature film to raise new level. That’s why so many eyes have been eagerly awaiting what’s next in Season 2 of Jujutsu Kaisen.

Season 2 of Jujutsu Kaisen is fast approaching the screens with new episodes as Yuji Itadori and the rest of the crew prepare for a big new fight. Thanks to a recent overseas presentation at the AnimeJapan 2023 Convention, fans now have a much broader look at what to expect from the next wave of episodes. Season 2 of Jujutsu Kaisen released an intense new trailer for the anime premiere in Japan on July 6th, and you can check out the latest look at the Jujutsu Kaisen anime below:

What you should know about Jujutsu Kaisen Season 2

Season 2 of Jujutsu Kaisen is slated to release on July 6 in Japan as part of the Summer 2023 anime schedule, which launches later this year. Season 2 of Jujutsu Kaisen will run over a total of two courses and will explore the arcs “Gojo’s Past” and “Shibuya Incident” from Gege Akutami’s manga “Jujutsu Kaisen”. They tease the Jujutsu Kaisen anime as such: “Yuji Itadori is a boy of tremendous physical strength despite living a perfectly normal high school life. One day, he eats Ryomen’s finger to save a classmate who was being attacked by curses, and Sukuna absorbs the curse into his own soul. From then on, he shares a body with Ryomen Sukuna. Led by the most powerful of all wizards, Satoru Gojo, Itadori is accepted into Tokyo Jujutsu High School, an organization that fights the curses. …and so begins the heroic tale of a boy who became a curse to break a curse, a life from which he could never return.”
