The 33-year-old giggling star was spotted leaving the Groucho club in London’s Soho with the 26-year-old pastry chef heir on Monday night.
Lily, who has been making the most of her single life for two years following her recent split from her ex-boyfriend, looked in high spirits as she laughed and joked with Orson outside the private members’ club.
A viewer claimed that Lily and Orson – who split from model Alexa, 39, last year – enjoyed a stroll around Soho after the exclusive party.
Lily looked typically chic for her evening, wearing a form-fitting white dress with ruffle detailing paired with a leather-look trench coat.

Her night out comes weeks after she split from her bass-playing boyfriend Michael, while it was reported Orson and Alexa broke up last summer.
Alexa was notably absent from Orson’s band Some People’s Glastonbury, who played at Worthy Farm in June last year, as it was claimed they had gone their separate ways.
Orson might even have left a hint of a breakup back then when he introduced a track by saying, “This next song is called Ways Of A Woman – not that we know.”
Alexa began dating the scion of the Fry chocolate dynasty in 2019, shortly after she split from Swedish actor Alexander Skarsgard. Orson was working part-time as a waiter when he was introduced to Alexa through mutual friends.
The photogenic couple were first snapped together at London’s All Points East festival in 2019. A public declaration of love in front of the cameras announced their romance.

They then made their red carpet debut at the 2022 Oscars, where they looked loved-up.
A source told the publication, “Lily and Michael have been growing apart over the past few months and have now decided to end their relationship.
“They just didn’t make it as a couple, but they both wish each other the best for the future.”

The actress’ relationship with Michael initially came as a shock to fans of the couple, as Lily is known for her family-friendly roles in Downton Abbey, Cinderella and Mamma Mia.
Michael is now a member of Queens Of The Stone Age, the band notorious for nudity on stage and allegations of drug and alcohol abuse.
In August 2021, Lily sparked speculation that Michael had proposed when she walked out on Melrose Avenue, California, with a gold ring on her engagement finger.
However, a rep for Lily said of speculation about a proposal from Michael, “That’s 100% not true”.
