I’ve lost FOUR pant sizes in six months by eating this CHIPOTLE order

A woman has revealed the Chipotle order that has helped her shed four pant sizes in six months while still eating her favorite foods.

Koli Marks, 25, from Southern California, has documented her weight loss transformation on TikTok, where she “helps normal people lose weight the normal way.”

The content creator using the @healthkols handle went from a size 18 to a size 10 by eating in a slight calorie deficit and getting at least 30 minutes of exercise each day.

“This is my Chipotle order that helped me down four pant sizes. I’m so excited to tell you guys about his,” she shared in a recent video.

Marks explained that she ordered a burrito bowl with half a scoop of brown rice, half a scoop of black beans, sofritas (tofu simmered in spices), fajita vegetables, and corn with some cheese and sour cream.

“My favorite trick is getting a big half lettuce,” she said. “I set it aside because I don’t want to get completely soaked and it adds so much volume to my meal.

“You know, that’s kind of a limp-looking bowl. That’s plenty of food for one serving, but it’s a little less than I used to eat, so I like to grab the salad because it adds volume.’

Marks also got a side of Chipotle’s Honey Vinaigrette, which has 220 calories for a small container, but she noted she only used half that.

“I realize it’s the same taste,” she said. “Honestly, it was a bit overwhelming at times to use everything.”

After sharing her order, she shared what she used to eat at Chipotle’s and how she modified it to make sure she stayed in a calorie deficit.

Her “favorite trick” is putting lettuce to the side to “add volume” to her burrito bowl.

“My old order was technically the same. I would get all the same things, except that instead of half a scoop, I would get extra rice. I would get extra beans, and then I would get a tortilla on the side, too.”

Marks insisted she’s “all about eating what the heck you want,” but the 300-calorie tortilla made it difficult for her to stay in a calorie deficit and finish her burrito bowl.

She also used to get a side of fries and guacamole, which she has since cut out.

“As a result, my total calorie count for my old Chipotle meal was over 1,000, probably close to 1,200, maybe even more,” she explained.

Marks said there was “nothing wrong” with eating so much, but “it was way too much food” for her to consume.

“I felt like throwing up after eating Chipotle, and I did that about four times a week,” she recalled. “I always, always, always ate Chipotle, and I ate too much and I got sick.”

Marks said her old Chipotle order was nearly over 1,000 calories, and said she used to get extra rice and beans, a tortilla, and a side of chips and guacamole

Marks said her current order is “a lot of food,” and she feels “perfectly full” after eating it with a side salad and half a container of dressing.

“Will I eat the tortilla again one day? Am I going to eat the chips? Yes, I can eat whatever I want, whenever I want. That’s how I eat now, it’s helped me lose weight,” she concluded.

In the caption, Marks emphasized the importance of making small daily dietary changes to promote weight loss, writing, “You don’t need a crash diet or a complete lifestyle change!”

Her video has been viewed more than 382,000 times, and in the comments, she explained that her current order is around 650 calories.

Some people pointed out that if she got full portions of everything and saved half, which she usually does, she could get two meals for the price of one.

Marks went viral in January after posting a before and after video of herself sharing her recommendations for losing weight “while still eating junk food.”

“I eat the same foods I always do,” she explained, “but I’m careful not to overeat.”

She wrote her tips in the caption, starting with eating in a “mile-calorie deficit.”

“Use a calorie calculator to work out your maintenance calories for the day, then eat 200 fewer than your maintenance calories,” she suggested.

Her second piece of advice was to get 30 minutes of exercise every day.

“Workouts don’t have to be intense to be effective,” she said. “Move your body for 30 [minutes] a day helps boost your metabolism and burn calories.’

Marks’ third recommendation was to add 10 minutes of weight lifting to your daily exercise routine, as it “helps you burn more calories over a longer period of time.”

She added that you can eat whatever you want as long as you stay in your calorie deficit.
