In an interview on Conservatives’ favorite Fox News, recorded from his home in Mar-a-Lago, Fla., and aired Monday night, Donald Trump called prosecutor Bragg’s investigation a “fraud.”

If this grand jury, which has confidential hearings on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday, votes in favor of an indictment, then Attorney Bragg must comply and make it public.
In the days that followed, ex-President Trump must then “go” to court in Manhattan to be served by a judge with his indictment, briefly “arrested,” photographed, and fingerprinted.
He must then plead guilty or not guilty.
