Lawyer and digital influencer Deolane Bezerra took to social media this Tuesday (28) to explain to her followers the reasons why she had her sixyearold daughter Valentina Bezerra undergo an aesthetic surgery. The blonde explained that she felt the need to have the procedure because of the child’s own selfesteem, who was uncomfortable with her appearance.

According to the famous, the daughter had used strategies to hide the “flaw” she saw in herself: “She was hiding [a orelha] with the hair. So mommy called the clinic here and spoke to the best. Just 40 minutes and no pain. It’s just a few points. I was always sure that everything would work out,” the lawyer said on her Instagram account.

The surgical procedure that the child underwent is called advanced otomodelling and is a minimally invasive procedure that experts say is also painless. In the publication, the attorney said the surgery is performed under local anesthesia and takes about 30 minutes per ear. The average price for such a procedure is R$7,000.

Otomodelling is easily indicated to correct socalled protruding ears, which is a very common feature and for this reason reconstructive surgery is also well known. In the comments, Deolane’s supporters questioned the attorney’s stance on agreeing to the repair process.
