Apple’s Worldwide Developers Conference is back on June 5, 2023

The entire conference will be available online for all developers, with a special timed experience at Apple Park on June 5th

Submissions for the Swift Student Challenge are open until April 19th

Cupertino, California Apple today announced that it will be holding its annual Worldwide Developers Conference (WWDC) online June 5-9, 2023 to give developers and students the opportunity to attend a special experience in person at Apple Park on opening day celebrate. WWDC23 is free for all developers and covers the latest developments for iOS, iPadOS, macOS, watchOS and tvOS. As part of Apple’s ongoing commitment to helping developers create innovative apps, the event will give them unique access to Apple engineers, as well as insights into new technologies and tools that will help bring them to life.

In addition to joint keynote announcements and State of the Union presentations, this year’s online program will include breakout sessions, one-on-one labs, and opportunities to connect with Apple and Apple engineers and other developers. WWDC23 is an opportunity to support student developers through the Swift Student Challenge, one of many Apple programs designed to encourage developers and learners of all ages who love to code. With the help of Swift Playgrounds – a revolutionary app for iPad and Mac that makes learning the Swift programming language interactive and fun – students around the world are invited to create an app playground on a topic of their choice.
