MLB Opening Day 2023 is finally here!
All 30 teams will play in 15 games Thursday, with 30 of the majors’ top pitchers taking the mound, led by eight Cy Young Award winners.
ESPN will air a series of the weekend’s most exciting matchups, including reigning champion Astros and new member Jose Abreu as they open the season against the former 2020 MVP team, the White Sox. The prime-time opening night showdown will also include the World Series flag-raising ceremony and celebrations in Houston.
