Hockey players at all levels often have their superstitions, especially on the eve of playoffs, and Connor Bedard was no exception, paying tribute to Patrick Kane with her hair choice on his postseason debut.

For example, the 17-year-old skater appeared before the media this week with hair reminiscent of that of the forward who now plays for the New York Rangers; Kane has garnered attention with a long mane and shaved side hair, most notably in the 2010 playoffs, crowned by his Chicago Blackhawks’ triumph at the time.
